Engage with construction workers in various settings such as job sites, coffee shops, and restaurants. Educate workers on the advantages of joining our platform and assist with the registration process. Develop creative strategies to maximize worker sign-ups. Monitor daily sign-ups and report progress. Your Profile
You should be outgoing, comfortable starting conversations, and able to work independently. A self-starter who can take initiative without direct supervision. Familiarity with construction worker hotspots is beneficial. Ambition and growth potential are essential for this role. Sales or direct marketing experience is advantageous but not required. Daily Pay: $100 per day plus $2 per worker sign-up (no cap). Flexibility: Work independently on your own schedule. Growth Opportunity: Strong performers may be offered a permanent position.
