Robert Half Marketing and Creative is working with a non profit client in Atlanta is hiring for a Marketing Director. This is a direct hire opportunity working on a hybrid schedule in Atlanta.

Our client is looking to hire a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director – to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives that attract business relocations and support Metro Atlanta’s thriving business ecosystem. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in B2B or B2C marketing, capable of managing a team of specialists (content, design, and digital marketing) while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Content Strategies – Craft and implement compelling content strategies that align with business objectives and engage target audiences across multiple channels.
  • Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns – Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive Channel Activations – Oversee marketing activations across email, social, SEO, SEM, PPC/display, and other digital touchpoints to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Manage Marketing Specialists – Provide leadership and strategic direction to content, design, and digital marketing teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Align with Internal Teams – Work closely with Economic Development, Innovation, and Communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Activate Strategic Partnerships – Develop and manage external partnerships to enhance brand visibility and expand market reach.
  • Analyze & Report Performance – Consolidate marketing performance data, delivering insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or account director role.
  • Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and multi-channel execution.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
