Duties and Responsibilities

General Marketing:

  • Develop, execute, and manage email and social media marketing campaigns to promote the Firm’s product lines, service areas, and training programs.
  • Identify and share Firm updates, industry news, and blog posts on social media, including drafting copy and designing graphics.
  • Organize and maintain all Firm-related marketing assets, such as attorney photos, biographies, videos, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across marketing initiatives (e.g., website traffic, referral sources, email open rates, print advertising effectiveness) and generate ROI reports.
  • Manage and update client and prospect mailing lists to ensure accurate and targeted outreach.
  • Assist in the development of RFP/RFI responses, including coordinating with attorneys, establishing timelines, and formatting final proposals.
  • Maintain a centralized database of RFP responses and Firm experience.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, advertisements, invitations, signage, posters, banners, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all logo-related requests, including branded merchandise, sponsorship advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Update and enforce brand style guides, including Firm biographies, practice descriptions, and editorial guidelines.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to marketing interns.

Website:

  • Assist with website updates and provide technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Firm’s website provider on new page development and design enhancements.
  • Review and analyze Google Analytics reports, offering recommendations to optimize website engagement and performance.

Conferences, Trade Shows, and Sponsorships:

  • Represent the Firm at industry-related conferences and trade shows, providing on-site support, including booth setup, staffing, and breakdown.
  • Act as the Firm’s point of contact for industry organizations, managing sponsorships and event participation.
  • Coordinate all sponsorship activities, including advertisement submissions, payment processing, ticket distribution, and attendance tracking, while ensuring effective promotional efforts.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in gathering and analyzing metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing social media campaigns across major platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, Constant Contact, and WordPress.
  • Experience with video editing, infographics, and animation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other SEO and analytics tools.
