About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to bring creativity, precision, and efficiency to a multi-brand creative team. This role will focus on designing marketing and brand assets while also supporting the Design Manager with creative execution, asset management, and coordinating with contract/freelance designers as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and highly collaborative, able to balance both creative excellence and fast-paced production work. This position requires someone who thrives in a multi-brand, multi-channel environment, ensuring designs are on-brand, optimized for each platform, and aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Design & Creative Execution

• Create high-quality marketing and brand assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, email designs, web content, packaging, and print collateral.

• Design within established brand guidelines, ensuring creative consistency across multiple brands while bringing fresh, engaging ideas.

• Adapt and optimize designs for various channels, including e-commerce, retail, digital, and print.

• Work efficiently within a structured production workflow, delivering high-volume assets on time and aligned with seasonal priorities.

Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Design Manager, assisting with design execution, production tasks, and asset preparation.

• Help manage freelancers and contract designers by providing design direction, file handoffs, and reviewing work for consistency and quality.

• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure creative output meets business needs.

• Support the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring designs are properly organized, tagged, and accessible.

Process & Optimization

• Maintain file organization and version control to streamline collaboration and asset retrieval.

• Provide input on workflow improvements to enhance efficiency in creative production.

• Work within ClickUp, Figma, Excel, or other project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and feedback.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a multi-brand, retail, or e-commerce environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and a strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to adapt brand identities across multiple touchpoints while maintaining consistency.

• Strong organizational skills, with experience handling high-volume design production.

• Collaborative mindset—excels in taking direction, iterating on feedback, and supporting the team as needed.

• Familiarity with DAM systems and workflow tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Excel (preferred but not required).

• Plus: Experience in motion graphics, AI-assisted design tools, or basic video editing is a bonus.

Why Join Us?

• Work on multiple fashion footwear brands, gaining exposure to diverse creative challenges and brand identities.

• Be part of a fast-paced, high-impact creative team, where design plays a key role in shaping brand storytelling and customer experience.

• Collaborate across marketing, e-commerce, and retail channels, designing assets that reach a broad audience and drive brand engagement.

• Grow your skills in both creative execution and structured workflows, with opportunities to refine processes and enhance efficiency.

• Join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and adaptability, working on projects that blend fashion, function, and brand storytelling.
