We are seeking a Senior UX/UI & Brand Designer to lead the creation of visually compelling, user-centered designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires a hybrid designer with expertise in UX/UI design, branding, and marketing visuals, capable of crafting seamless user experiences while maintaining strong brand aesthetics. The ideal candidate has experience in branding, web design, UX/UI, print materials, and digital product design, alongside traditional graphic design skills.

Whether it's a last-minute branding pivot, a website redesign crunch, or an unexpected creative challenge, we need someone who thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, but client deadlines can be unpredictable. There will be times when you'll need to stay late to ensure projects are completed on time and meet our high-quality standards. UX/UI & Digital Design Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative UX/UI concepts and digital design solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Design and develop user-friendly, intuitive website and mobile interfaces that enhance the user experience.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to ensure optimal digital experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Apply best practices in accessibility, usability, and modern UX/UI trends.
- Create digital assets, landing pages, dashboards, mobile app interfaces, and interactive web experiences.
- Ensure responsive design across various devices for optimal user engagement.
- Lead the creative direction for branding, digital content, and print design, from initial brainstorming sessions to final execution.
- Develop and execute creative concepts and design solutions that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, videographers, photographers, other designers, project managers, clients, and video production teams to develop innovative campaigns and assets.
- Create compelling visual assets for social media, print communication, promotional content, web graphics, and email campaigns.
- Design and prepare print materials such as brochures, business cards, packaging, large-format graphics, and promotional materials.
- Ensure print files are properly formatted (CMYK, bleed, trim, safe zones) and meet printer specifications.
- Communicate with print vendors, review proofs, and oversee the production process to maintain quality control.
- Maintain a consistent and predictable creative process to move projects from concept to completion.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to industry standards across all design deliverables.
- Ability to reprioritize schedules and tasks throughout the day as client requests and feedback emerge.
- Be present in-office during working hours, ensuring team collaboration and alignment.
- While our normal office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, we expect you to meet deadlines. If that requires staying 30 minutes to an hour later to complete a task, we expect you to do so.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and branding (agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work, branding, digital, and print design projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with web design and a solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first principles.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and brand consistency.
- Experience in print production (file setup, vendor coordination, troubleshooting print issues).
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into effective design solutions.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, animation software) is a plus.
