THE JOB

As an Account Supervisor for the APLA (Asia, Pacific, Latin America), you will be embedded with our client partners in Beaverton, OR, supporting strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives. You will sit within the Brand Planning & Operations team, program managing Retail Marketing Operations, working across functional partners across the Global, Geo and Territory teams, serving as the Geo point person and SME. This role is multifaceted, blending operational excellence, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as the primary interface with clients, embedded within their team, and align with their in-office expectations. Thinks holistically and has a deep understanding of Nike's Code milestones to drive the work forward, so that the Retail Marketing team proactively show up at these gates. You will drive the work needed for each of the key moments identified that matter. Lead end-to-end brand planning & operational management for the Retail Marketing team & drive overall seasonal readiness by setting compliance to dates and gates, briefings, budgets planning/oversight across Geo and Territory teams. Develops and evaluates efficiencies in ways of working and the overall operating model with supporting functions (Consumer Fields of Play/Merch/Business/Account teams) across the enterprise. You play a critical role in the orchestration of processes to deliver seasonal and evergreen campaigns across various marketplace channels. Builds relationships across the brand marketing matrix and will contribute towards the overall operational strategy to continuously improve the ways we work. Inspires excellence through partnership & collaboration, managing & leading through change. Create and maintain project timelines, providing clear milestones and aligning stakeholders. Maintain an organized source of truth for project files, dates, and deliverables using enterprise tools: Box, Airtable & Keynote. Serve as the Marketing Milestone and Functional Seasonal Process driver as the go-to source of info for live updates on Retail's role in upcoming milestones across Marketing and Retail Process. Drive all communications around Retail Seasonal Process and Marketing Milestones for Retail Marketing. Be the connector of APLA Retail Functional Process x Marketing Seasonal Process into Global + Territory Retail Process. Be proactive in flagging and communicating shifts to milestone dates or expectations with Retail teammates. Work closely with Shared Services teammates to drive operational excellence in process innovation and tools & capabilities that drive the work forward. Simplify ways of working between functions by identifying and implementing long-term process improvements to boost productivity. Partner closely with Team Lead to manage meetings effectively by helping to organize logistics, confirm agendas, and follow up with actionable next steps. Communicate proactively across departments, cultures, and time zones to drive project completion. Proactively address strategic priorities, raising risks, and offering solutions to ensure successful outcomes. Proactively identify and implement process improvements. Facilitate cross-departmental and cross-cultural communication to ensure timely project delivery. AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in account and/or project management. Proficiency in tools like Airtable and Keynote for managing workflows and creating impactful presentations. Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration, with a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams and senior leadership. The ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and deliver strategic recommendations confidently. A interest in sports, an appreciation for diverse cultural insights, and a keen focus on consumer-driven approaches. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Using standard office equipment, computers, and related technology. Certain activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse. Bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds. No travel is anticipated for this role. Thesis follows our client's in-office schedule of Monday through Thursday, with the potential requirement to be in-office on Fridays as well, in Beaverton, OR.
