Principal Responsibilities:
JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator SUPERVISORS: Director of Marketing & Communications and Director of Event Marketing and Branding
STATUS: Full Time, in-person
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a content creator who is passionate about social media, video production, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, strong editing skills, and the ability to develop engaging content that enhances our brand across all platforms, print and digital.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Create, schedule, and manage social media posts to drive engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth. Monitor trends, analytics, and audience insights to optimize content and improve performance. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction. Suggest social paid ads that can be incorporated into the social schedule with a focus on events, membership, and programming goals. Video Content & Editing:
Film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, website, and digital campaigns. Create compelling short-form and long-form videos, including reels, event recaps, interviews, and promotional content. Optimize video content for different platforms and stay up to date on emerging video trends. Graphic Design & Branding:
Design eye-catching graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital assets for campaigns, events, and promotions. Ensure consistency in visual branding across all digital platforms. Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in website content updates and email marketing campaigns as needed. Work with the team to brainstorm creative marketing strategies. Track and report on key performance metrics for digital content. BENEFITS

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, or graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and editing tools. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content across multiple formats. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends is a plus. SALARY RANGE:
$45,000-$55,000 (salary is based on experience)
