About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced

UX Lead

to guide and oversee the user experience direction across the program. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs) to align on program priorities and ensure a Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach is embedded throughout all product development efforts. You will manage and mentor UX practitioners, supporting both embedded UX roles within sprint teams and practitioners working across multiple teams and products. Key Responsibilities

Define and oversee the UX vision, ensuring a cohesive and user-centered approach across all products and sprint teams. Partner with Product Managers (PMs) to align UX priorities with overall program goals, identifying high-impact opportunities for UX involvement. Conduct regular 1:1 sessions with all UX practitioners, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Strategically allocate UX resources, ensuring that practitioners are effectively supporting sprint teams and program needs. Champion and ensure the adoption of HCD principles throughout the program, from discovery to delivery. Oversee UX practitioners supporting multiple sprint teams and products, ensuring consistency in user experience and design quality. Continuously refine UX processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the program. Act as the primary UX representative in stakeholder discussions, ensuring user needs are central to product and program decisions. Review and provide feedback on UX deliverables, ensuring high standards of usability, accessibility, and design integrity. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 7+ years of UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven experience leading UX efforts across multiple products and sprint teams in Agile environments. Strong knowledge and application of Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies. Exceptional collaboration skills, with a track record of successful partnerships with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs. Proficiency in UX design and research tools such as Figma, Mural, Icon8, Optimal Workshop or similar. Experience with usability testing, user research methodologies, and translating insights into actionable design improvements. Ability to obtain a Public Trust or other required clearance Preferred Skills

Experience in enterprise IT environments or complex program structures. Experience in MAX Confluence and MAX Jira Familiarity with Salesforce or other enterprise SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Agile certifications or experience working within SAFe frameworks. Exposure to API management, data & governance, or AWS is a plus.
