What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the employer's marketing technology processes and guide strategic direction
- Research, recommend, build, and implement new marketing tools
- Develop quarterly marketing technology roadmaps to optimize implementation
- Collaborate with growth marketers to enhance their data literacy
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and data teams to achieve growth goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in user acquisition and data-driven marketing at a high-growth consumer-focused startup, or in a media buying & strategy role at a media agency
- Strong analytical background with expertise in growth KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC)
- Experience collaborating with data and engineering teams
- Proficiency in translating complex data concepts into straightforward language for marketers
- Advanced Excel skills and an intermediate understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in mobile app attribution and tracking (Apple SKAdNetwork, deterministic tracking)
- Proficiency in web attribution and tracking methods (tracking via pixels, conversion APIs)
- Self-starter attitude with a resourceful approach to problem-solving
