What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day optimizations and operations of user acquisition through various paid channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google UAC
- Analyze performance across multiple channels to derive actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the in-house creative team and creative agencies to execute effective campaigns
- Support the exploration of new marketing channels as the company diversifies its approach
- Participate in a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration within the marketing team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and optimizing campaigns towards ROAS
- Excellent communication skills across various platforms (Slack, email, phone)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Looker is a plus
- Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
