We’re looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and engagement for our credit card and rewards program. This role will execute omnichannel marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute loyalty marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with creative teams to create engaging assets.
  • Analyze data to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Manage budgets, approvals, and program execution.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with brand goals.

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years in CRM, email, credit card, or loyalty marketing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
  • Background in retail or agency marketing is a plus.
