About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Architect I to join our team! This position is ideal for emerging professionals with 0-5 years of experience who are looking to develop their skills in all phases of project development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist design and technical leads in project development, from concept design to construction documentation
- Prepare presentation materials to communicate design ideas to clients
- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and code requirements
- Support the development of technical details that align with design intent
- Work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and clients
- Represent FGMA in meetings and industry events , helping to grow professional networks
Qualifications & Skills
- 0-5 years of experience in an architectural firm
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture (experience in preliminary design and construction documentation)
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software
- Strong conceptual design skills with an ability to communicate ideas visually
- Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills
- LEED accreditation (preferred)
- Architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure (preferred)
