All this bold vision means the company culture embraces evolution and change.URW’s National Media and Experiential Sales Division (“Westfield Rise”) is reinventing how brands connect with consumers through DOOH media, experiential activations, and long-term integrated partners at URW’s iconic locations.Become part of a national team whose primary focus is on enticing tenants and brands through creative-based solutions that leverage URW’s wide range of assets, investments, and resources which enable unique and immediate results.We are currently looking for our:Director, National Media Sales and PartnershipsWhat we offerA national sales leader who can leverage existing relationships and years of experience (8+) to sell across multiple lifestyle centers and transit hubs within Westfield’s iconic assets located in top US DMAs. This role will be responsible for selling national advertising, experiential, and marketing programs and must be able to successfully bundle assets to drive value for brands while generating maximum revenue. Individual will need to have a strong understanding of how to drive revenue beyond just video & DOOH marketplace and be extremely effective in selling-in Westfield’s audience advantage.The Sales Director will report to the VP of Sales and Partnerships and will be responsible for achieving an annual quota by working within assigned West Coast agencies and clients. In the role the Sales Director will:Be a proactive seller and confidently promote the advantages Westfield can offer a brand with a 360-degree approachLeverage strategic relationships with national media agencies and national brands to sell advertising, experiential and marketing programs into URW’s properties throughout the USProspect, identify, and target new client opportunities for the Westfield Network (total network of iconic locations), static/exteriors, experiential, and national sponsorshipsManage existing client needs and lead the growth to ultimately secure a high percentage of renewal businessDevelop and deliver customized sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective mannerMaintain communications in a cooperative, collaborative, and professional manner with all levelsPrepare client proposals working within all standard protocols, pricing and inventory guidelines and coordinate creative & productionPrioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlinesFoster and engage with URW’s Corporate pillars and commit to serve our communities, enable customer connection, and reshape how people shop, live, work and playFoster teamwork and collaboration across all departmentsStrive for high productivity in an effective and efficient wayTravel to assigned territories for the purpose of client and agency meetingsWhat We Are Looking For8+ years of sales experience in the OOH, DOOH, video, or digital industryBachelor's DegreeUnderstanding of the media ecosystem and selling directly to clients and agenciesCreative, innovative mindsetAbility to influence at management/stakeholder levels.Ability to think strategically but also execute tactically.Experience selling and executing experiential marketing programs is a plusValues differences and recognizes the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.Tech Savvy including anticipating and adopting to innovationsExcellent, effective, and persuasive written, visual, and verbal communication skills that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-tasked environmentStrong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset who can work well within a team but can also work independentlyAuthentic learner who tackles new challenges, using both successes and failuresThe ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticityApply knowledge of business and marketplace to advance the organization’s goalsCustomer focused by building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutionsFinancial acumen including interpreting and applying key financial indicators to make better business decisionsFocus on building collaborative relationships inside and outside the organizationDemonstrate self-awareness using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknessesDemonstrates a “can-do” attitude, self-confidence, and enthusiasmThis is an onsite opportunity based in Century City.CompensationExempt$155,000 – $180,000 + Discretionary Annual BonusWhat is important to usUnibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is driven by an entrepreneurial foundation of talented and ambitious employees who embrace change, strive for innovation, and know when to venture into uncharted terrain.
