Title Senior Copywriter/Content Specialist (Remote) Location - Remote Duration 6 Months
Job Description :
Duties: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Copywriter/Content Specialist to join Client's Integrated Content team. This role will create engaging and impactful content across various channels, and support the development of content strategies that align with our brand voice and business goals. This role would ideally be hybrid, with the candidate working from Client's Chicago headquarters one day a week, but could also be a fully remote position. Key responsibilities: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content that promotes Client's in multiple external channels, including blog posts and email campaigns. Review content written by others to ensure all copy is accurate, grammatical and on-brand, with consistent key messaging. Manage our Marketing department's editorial calendar Support effective workflow development within team and across department Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports our marketing strategies and business goals. Understanding Client's voice and style guide, and upholding our brand standards across all marketing assets Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Skills : 7 years of experience in copywriting and content development, preferably in a senior role. Experience in commercial insurance very strongly preferred; some insurance knowledge is a must. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Able to translate complex insurance concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content. Excellent communication, research and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Portfolio showcasing a range of content types and successful campaigns. This position can be hybrid/remote Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
