***** Remote Position Person is responsible for advancing product strategy across the enterprise by planning and executing prioritized product initiatives and setting teams up to drive adoption. This is an intensely collaborative position. This person will interact daily with Function and Business leaders and practitioners to understand their needs and challenges, informing strategic roadmaps and identifying roadblocks in order to keep initiatives on track. The successful candidate will have experience managing data-driven business teams, and extremely strong time management and communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities and output within desired ***** Responsibility ***** from start date Output Lead stakeholder conversations to understand market specific use cases for CDNA product 2-4 weeks Clearly defined use cases that will drive development. Word, XLS, Jira Lead creation of roadmap with DSA, DE and D+A teams 4-8 weeks PPT deck for Sr. Leadership, Jira Epics for development team Bring stakeholders along Ongoing Be able to communicated to key stakeholders weekly both the larger roadmap as well as what will happen in 2,4,6 week timeframe according to development cycles Oversee execution of projects Ongoing Be able to utilize Jira as well as overall roadmap to make sure project stays on track. Understand when and to who escalation needs to occur. ***** STRONG project management skills Advanced ability to communicate clearly and concisely Experience working in cross functional teams Ability to distill information down to Executive Summary Ability to communicate the technical to the non technical Experience with Jira project management platform
