working out of our

shop. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Manages the scheduling and planning of all maintenance through the AHI internal Maintenance departments by performing the following duties. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following : Schedules tractors and trailers for service and repairs based on date of last service, urgency of repairs, delivery requirements, driver requirements, and operations request. Communicates regularly and consistently with Customer Service Representatives, Fleet Managers, Drivers, Shop Management and Road Repairs to determine needed repairs and establish a service schedule in advance of arrival of the equipment. Works directly with shop management to verify availability of facilities. Reviews and closes repair orders based on procedures provided by the service manager
