Overview LGIM America is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Associate to help manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across all areas of the business.

The ideal Chicago-based candidate is motivated by learning client management tools, as well as digital marketing tools, to create robust campaigns that are measured, enhanced and add value to the business development efforts. They will work with all levels of Distribution, Solutions and Strategies. Responsibilities
Update the external website and intranet with the latest AUM numbers, marketing collateral and blog posts. Run analytics on marketing engagement data and create dashboards for tracking and trend analysis. Execute on the marketing strategy put in place by the Senior Marketing Manager. Plan and schedule curated content for organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns and newsletters. Create emails for external distribution and assist in the maintenance and oversight of the firm’s Pardot emailing platform. Assist in the ongoing maintenance and clean-up of the firm’s Pardot and CRM database. Partner with internal groups and stakeholders on the development and execution of internal marketing initiatives. Assist in the project management, organization, formatting and distribution of the firm’s flagship newsletters from a digital perspective. Qualifications
Knowledge of or keen desire to learn and use digital marketing applications: Optimizely, SharePoint, Pardot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Adobe Analytics, Seismic and On24. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to trouble-shoot and problem-solve. Clear and strong written and oral communication skills. Strong project management skills, including organization, value efficiency and acute attention to detail. Must have a passion for digital marketing and reporting and an equal openness to learning. Salary Range $55,000 - $65,000 The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan. Full time employees may be eligible for health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare, Dependent and Limited Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, an employee assistance program, and commuter and transit programs.
