industry-leading company, is in search of an

Instructional Designer . I am looking for an Instructional Designer who has experience developing on-demand training videos and courses in SaaS for B2B audiences. Any experience with JSON, scripting, relational databases, AI, and APIs is highly preferred. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a very high-profile project with a Global Industry Leading Fortune 50 Company! This position would be part-time hours and 100% remote. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage on-demand training courses for customers using high-quality instructional design principles. Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and product teams to gather information and develop engaging training content. Create and script short, technical training videos (e.g., 3-minute lessons) that demonstrate FileMaker product features. Work with video animation and editing tools to enhance instructional content. Ensure training materials are engaging, well-structured, and accessible to new users. Handle LMS administration, including uploading videos, structuring courses, testing functionality, and troubleshooting issues. Assist in brainstorming content ideas and breaking down complex topics into digestible lessons. Edit and refine assessment questions to ensure clarity and effectiveness. Work within Salesforce/Appinium LMS to develop and manage course content. Minimum Qualifications:

9-12+ years of experience

in Instructional Design, with a focus on customer-facing training. Strong background in developing

on-demand training videos and courses

in SaaS or technology companies. Background in

SaaS-based instructional design

for a

B2B SMB audience . Proficiency in

FileMaker

and the ability to create training content related to FileMaker products – highly preferred. Ability to create

high-quality, professional instructional videos . Experience in

video production, editing, and animation , using tools like

Adobe Creative Suite or similar software . Strong writing skills —able to write concise, technical instructional content. LMS administration experience , particularly in structuring and testing courses within a learning management system. Strong understanding of

LMS and Salesforce integration

for course deployment and testing. Excellent

communication and networking skills , with the ability to collaborate with SMEs and designers. Familiarity with

translation and voice-over tools

(e.g., Whisper, WellSaid). Ability to work in an

Agile/Scrum
