Job Details:
The Billing team is 12 people, broken up into 3 departments - Coding, Payements, and AR This position technically falls into their AR team
When not doing prior auth, you will lend a hand to AR team There is a a billing help desk line for internal teammates, they support this 1x week "Collections day" 1x month, where they call patients that owe money and collect on these outstanding payments (everyone helps with this) Over the phone consultations or via portal - no face to face interaction with patients Roughly 20-30 calls per day Metrics: Must be at a 97% accuracy rate on estimates and claims Client Location: Northern Colorado Springs
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Experince working in a billing setting Insurance verification experince Friendly and coachable Schedule/ Shift:
Can pick between 5 days a week or 4 days a week (4 10's) Hybrid after training, 2 days remote if you work 5 days, 1 day remote if you work 4. Benefits:
