Creative and technically skilled AI Designer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our products and services. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of user experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualize and design AI-powered features and systems for various applications and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop and implement AI solutions. Create user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI-driven products and services. Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and trends to inform design decisions and strategies. Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate AI capabilities and potential applications. Optimize AI algorithms and models for improved performance and efficiency. Ensure ethical considerations are integrated into AI design and development processes. Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve AI designs. Document design processes, technical specifications, and best practices for AI implementation. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in AI design, development, or related roles. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and computer vision. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Portfolio demonstrating AI design projects and implementations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with deep learning and networks. Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools. Experience in agile development environments. Publications or contributions to AI research or open-source projects.
The pay range for this position is $57.69-$76.92/hr
