Lead UX Researcher

to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our Product Portfolio Research group, you will be responsible for leading comprehensive user research efforts to drive impactful insights that shape product development. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution within a fast-paced and innovative enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of user experience research across a wide range of products and services, ensuring a strong user-centered approach. Employ a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather insights that inform and influence product decisions. Conduct remote unmoderated testing and moderated usability sessions using platforms such as UserZoom, UserTesting, and Userlytics. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure user research aligns with business objectives and user needs. Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders, using data and best practices to support decisions. Manage projects effectively, defining strategy, setting objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of results. Advocate for the value of user-centered design throughout the organization, promoting best practices for user research. Analyze large data sets and generate insights using analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, and Excel. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers, ensuring the development of a strong research culture within the team. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in user experience research, ideally within large enterprises or matrixed organizations. Expertise in user-centered design and a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Proficient in remote unmoderated testing tools (UserZoom, UserTesting, Userlytics) and moderated testing platforms. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Flinto, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings and influence decisions effectively. Strong project management skills with the ability to build strategy, manage priorities, and deliver on time. Proficiency in using modern analytics dashboards and tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric. Advanced skills in Excel or similar tools for analyzing large data sets.
