Hospitality Interior Designer - Dallas, Texas

A growing hospitality design firm is seeking a full-time Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Hospitality and commercial experience are preferred.

The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented professional who can work independently, think critically, and apply industry experience to conceptual and schematic design. This role requires a high standard of design quality and aesthetic, along with a strong interest in career growth and increased responsibility. The candidate must be forward-thinking, organized, and collaborative.

• Develop innovative and high-quality design solutions.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently.

• Contribute to the creation, management, and execution of interior design concepts across all phases.

• Implement and navigate brand guidelines and design requirements.

• Coordinate design intent with internal teams and external consultants.

• Support client relationships and understand basic business development concepts.

• Actively participate in internal design meetings and team collaboration.

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required. Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Grasshopper preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in the design field; hospitality experience preferred but not required.

• Accredited professional degree in Interior Architecture or a related field preferred.

• Actively pursuing NCIDQ licensure (preferred).

• Experience with graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
