Job Title: Kitchen & Bath Designer
Location: Jackson, WY 83001 (Hybrid - On-site/Remote)
Compensation: $100,000 guaranteed for the first year. Transitions to a commission-based structure thereafter, with the potential to earn significantly more.

Role Overview:
W3Global is partnering with a premier design firm in Jackson Hole, WY, to hire a talented and experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer. This full-time hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-end residential projects, including luxury homes exceeding 10,000 square feet.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and outstanding customer service to design and sell customized kitchen and bath solutions. You'll play a key role in guiding clients through every step of the design process - from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan luxury kitchen and bathroom layouts using 20-20 CAP Studio

• Collaborate with clients to select cabinetry, finishes, and materials

• Provide exceptional customer service and design consultation throughout the sales cycle

• Drive revenue through high-end, customer-centered design solutions

• Stay informed on current trends, materials, and innovations in cabinetry and interior design

Qualifications:

• Strong background in kitchen & bath design and cabinetry

• Proficiency with 20-20 CAP Studio software

• Experience working with multi-million-dollar homes and large-scale residences (10,000+ sq. ft.)

• Deep understanding of cabinetry styles, materials, and space planning

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and exceed expectations

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and sales skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

• Prior experience in a similar design/sales role required
