Our client is a well-established firm that is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support its advertising, branding, and marketing initiatives. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including content management, social media engagement, event coordination, project oversight, and vendor collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Salary/Hourly Rate: $45k - $50k Position Overview: The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing marketing strategies across multiple channels. This position requires expertise in social media management, event planning, reputation management, content creation, and project coordination. The selected candidate for the Marketing Specialist must be a proactive multitasker with a strong ability to manage workflows, meet deadlines, and maintain the firm's brand integrity. Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist: Develop and manage engaging social media content (text, photography, and video) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Assist in online reputation management efforts to enhance brand perception and online reviews. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all marketing materials. Plan and coordinate sponsored events, handling logistics, registrations, marketing collateral, and vendor relations. Review and reconcile invoices from various vendors, identifying any discrepancies. Obtain quotes and manage vendor deliverables to ensure timely execution. Support social and digital marketing strategies for different service areas. Maintain and update Google Business Profiles, online directories, and social media accounts. Upload content, including photos and non-text elements, to WordPress. Collaborate with team members to enhance and update online profiles. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key digital marketing metrics. Required Experience/Skills for the Marketing Specialist: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or advertising. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in graphic design or photo editing software is a plus. Excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and performance metrics. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Marketing Specialist: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with Google Business Suite is preferred. Experience with Consumer Fusion, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is a plus. Basic knowledge of WordPress for content editing and uploads. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required.
