Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and report directly to the VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our marketing operations and campaigns across various channels to enhance lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on marketing metrics, such as call drop rates, service plan attachment rates, and cross-selling opportunities to enhance decision-making and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with BPOs and internal teams to manage call operations and ensure maximum efficiency in lead conversion.
- Optimize ad spending across digital platforms like Google Ads and HomeAdvisor, ensuring alignment with geographic and demographic targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts based on performance metrics from various channels.
- Manage and optimize Home Advisor accounts and spend by geographic and service type specifications.
- Collaborate with financial analysts to reconcile discrepancies in marketing spend and prepare reports for executive review.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new business areas, focusing on customer acquisition and cost management.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to create and track campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Prepare detailed marketing forecasts and budgets, adjusting strategies based on market trends and performance data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage seasonal marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistency and relevance across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
