Job Summary
The Marketing Director will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize customer retention. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, branding, community engagement, video content creation, and lead management.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive lead generation and brand growth.
- Create targeted campaigns for residential and commercial HVAC services.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure marketing success.
Digital & Traditional Marketing
- Oversee SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Manage advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Develop high-quality content marketing, including blog posts, case studies, and customer testimonials.
- Coordinate traditional marketing efforts (billboards, direct mail, TV/radio ads, event sponsorships).
Video Production & Editing
- Plan, direct, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Create HVAC-related video content, including promotional ads, customer testimonials, and service demonstrations.
- Ensure all videos maintain a high standard of branding and storytelling.
Lead Management & Customer Engagement
- Called and followed up with incoming leads to schedule appointments and nurture potential customers.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and referral incentives.
- Optimize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and re-engage past customers.
- Leverage customer reviews and testimonials to enhance online reputation.
Branding & Community Engagement
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community partners.
- Organize and promote events, sponsorships, and customer appreciation initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a marketing team or external agencies.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Analyze data and provide monthly reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, and CRM software.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Excellent communication and sales-oriented skills for lead follow-ups.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
