Position Summary... What you'll do... Walmart Global Tech is looking for a talented Senior UX/UI designer to join our Global Governance Technology (GGT) team. As a part of the GGT UX team, youu2019ll design digital products that deliver exceptional experiences for Walmart associates. The tools that we build digitally enable users, improve efficiency, and help our fellow associates make more data-informed decisions for their teams and the business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer, who can communicate design recommendations, execute design ideas, lead discussions, and manage stakeholder relationships. About EBS - Global Governance Technology Enterprise Business Services (EBS) is an organization that sits within Walmart Global Tech. Our mission within EBS is to enable Walmart's global enterprise to spend smartly, act digitally, and build trust with associates, customers, suppliers, and sellers. What you'll do: + Be responsible for the quality, consistency, and accuracy of a project + Work cross-functionally with multiple partners in Product, Business, and Engineering, advocating for the value of UX to non-designers + Conduct UX discovery, validate use cases, map information architecture, create user flows, and present insights to stakeholders + Translate use cases into wireframes and prototypes in Figma, applying Walmartu2019s design system + Create hand-off documentation for engineers What you'll bring: + Advanced knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals (written, verbal, and visual) + Advanced knowledge of Figma and working knowledge of design systems + Strong communication (written, verbal, and visual) + Highly collaborative, curious, and intentional + Relentless problem solver + Portfolio that shows: An end-to-end process for solving a problem, explaining how UX insights inform design solutions; consideration for user needs, business goals, and technical constraints; examples of UX/UI deliverables.
