Job Summary
A video producer is the backbone of any video production. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects. A video producer is responsible for working on content for 2-4 clients a month, which includes writing scripts, presenting ideas, scheduling, coordinating, filming, editing, and any other video-related tasks. They maintain constant communication with their team using work management software and handle all aspects of the video production process, including pre-production, production, post-production, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Project planning and scheduling: Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to maintain project timelines, schedules, and workflow.
- Communication: Understand the product and the clients' needs while maintaining constant communication with clients and the internal team to provide a high-quality product and level of service.
- Maintaining standards: Provide feedback and education to improve team quality and maintain organization, standards, and timelines.
- Problem solving: Address any issues during production, finding quick and effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to refining production workflows for future projects.
- Video production: Responsible for all aspects of production, including generating creative ideas, script writing, video treatments, video production, editing, and file organization.

Role Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of pre-production, on-set video production, and post-production
- Self-starter, adaptable worker, and both highly analytical and creative
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leader, pushing the team and company forward
- Able to build relationships with internal and external clients
- Thorough administrative and production coordination skills
- Own the execution of 2-5 clients per month
- Ensure that 80% of all projects owned have no major notes or criticism from producers, clients, or the creative team
Salary & Benefits
- $40,000 - $60,000
