This includes expertly maintaining AV equipment, Mac computers, and cutting-edge technologies. Install, configure, and maintain AV and technical equipment. Provide onsite support and troubleshoot AV systems. Assist with system upgrades, new AV installations, and MacOS updates to improve functionality or expand capabilities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Responsibilities:
As a member of the Technical Support team, your key responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining AV and technical equipment. You will set up and configure AV hardware such as microphones, speakers, projectors, video conferencing systems, and display panels, as well as Mac computers, software, and peripherals. You must respond to and resolve technical issues in real time during live events, meetings, and conferences. Proficiency in supporting mixing boards, video conferencing tools, and multimedia systems is required. Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly, are essential.
