Job Duties: Responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development. As a member of the User Experience team, analyze user needs and apply software design/usability processes toward developing or modifying software solutions. Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems. May assist in developing design concepts and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user needs and internal structures for products in development. May telecommute.

Position requires:
- Qualitative and quantitative research;
- Managing research projects across multiple product areas;
- Executing research with synthesized data;
- Applying or creating frameworks to create durable, foundational, and holistic analysis of customers’ end-to-end experience with products;
- Presenting research findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams;
- Conducting remote research;
- Quantitative research analysis, statistics, and analysis tools;
- Compiling research into technical presentations and communicating research insights through data visualizations, videos, and design sketches.

Compensation and Benefits:

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $68,300 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
