What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Collaborate remotely with product designers, product managers, researchers, and developers to create user-centric copy for digital experiences
2. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a content style guide for consistency across all digital platforms
3. Participate in user research and utilize data-driven insights to improve content and user engagement
4. Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for content by working with legal and business strategy teams
5. Develop and document content and information architecture to ensure smooth user flows

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant writing experience for digital audiences, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
3. Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive UX writing samples
4. Understanding of Web Accessibility Content Guidelines (WCAG) and writing accessible content
5. Proficient written and verbal communication skills and strong time-management abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with a content style guide and contributing to its creation
2. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Microsoft 365, and Jira
3. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
