General Summary

We are seeking a Paid Search (Google and Bing) and Paid Influencer specialist to join our Digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our multi-brand apparel eCommerce Paid Search and Paid Influencer programs with a focus on driving qualified traffic and optimizing conversions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, implement campaigns, and provide performance analysis and recommendations. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in driving performance and revenue growth through Search, Shopping, and Influencer campaigns.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and optimize Google Search and Shopping/PMAX campaigns to drive qualified traffic and maximize conversions across multiple Shopify storefronts.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Create and implement strategies to improve Quality Score, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Analytics, to develop integrated campaign strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and search engine marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bids, and ad placements to optimize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, managing contracts and deliverables.
  • Create and execute quarterly influencer campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Partner with the Director of Growth Marketing, eComm Buying & Merchandising, and Studio teams on quarterly Paid Influencer campaigns for strategic and executionary support but be the owner of the overall tactic across brands.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and draw insights from campaign data.
  • Experience with keyword research tools and techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Search and Shopping campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
  • Google Ads platform (Search, Shopping, Display) - Advanced proficiency.
  • Microsoft Ads (Bing) - Advanced proficiency.
  • Shopify eCommerce platform.
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • SEMrush or similar keyword research tools.
  • Influencer management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Grin, or similar).
  • Google Data Studio/Looker Studio for reporting.
  • Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables).

Preferred Certifications

  • Google Ads Search Certification.
  • Google Ads Shopping Certification.
  • Google Analytics 4 Certification.

Physical Requirements

Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to read reports.

Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors, and employees.

Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products.

Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to type and use technical sources.
