Job Summary
This is a video producer position for people with at least 1-5 years of video production experience. Video producers are problem solvers who are the backbone of the video production process. Producers in this role are expected to be able to produce small, medium, and large scale shoots/video projects.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Video Producers are involved in all phases of production: pre-production/planning, on-set production, and post-production. On any given project, Video Producers work closely with the Creative Director, Director, and Director of Photography to understand the vision behind a project and think creatively about how to bring that vision to life. The producer coordinates all aspects of production including: scheduling meetings, budgeting, casting actors, scouting and securing locations, props and wardrobe, craft services, generating call sheets, etc. Once a project is in post-production, video producers help manage deadlines and feedback to ensure that it's delivered on time.

- Able to carry 25lbs and walk a minimum of 3 miles
- Understands the culture and vision at Crossroads
- Excellent time management skills
- The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. Generally, the job requires 20% sitting, 30% walking, and 50% standing.
- This role is primarily in-person and requires schedule flexibility for early/late shoots and occasional travel.
