POSITION SUMMARY:As Associate Manager of Media Operations, you will serve as a critical member of the internal media team leading operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and collaboration.You will play an active role in defining and optimizing systems, processes and tools to build an efficient and transparent media operating model.You are detail-oriented, results-driven, resilient, and have a creative and agile mindset.You can identify gaps within media and marketing related processes and develop creative solutions to deliver operational excellence and efficiencyYou can motivate cross-functional partners to work towards a common vision and purpose.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage media budget tracking and reportingDefine and optimize processes and tools to drive clarity and streamline ways of working with cross-functional partners, and drive adoption across teamsWork closely with agency partners to streamline processes and ways of working, develop and implement templates, reporting dashboard needs and updatesLead financial management, billing, tracking and reportingDoubleVerify oversight, tracking and reportingProject management and standardization of deliverablesCollaborate with client Media and cross-functional teams, including Search and Affiliate, to define, implement and improve connections, consistency, efficiencySupport process and tools to unify Core Media and client Media reports and results to share with leadership to create business efficiency and operational excellenceManage and/or support media campaigns as needed

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, business, or related field3 years of experience managing media operations at an agency or brand3 years of experience in integrated media planning and buyingDeep understanding of end-to-end media planning and buying processes, including audience and data strategy, custom content development, activations, measurementAble to manage multiple priorities from different parts of the businessExperience motivating partner teams, internal and external, towards shared goals, anticipating needs, and collaborative problem solvingMust have experience working in matrixed organization settings, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business units, and managing/influencing various external agency partnersStrong communication skills, written and verbalProficient in Microsoft suite of products
