Digital Marketing Analytics Strategist - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days/week in Minnetonka, MN **
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analytics Strategist to drive our client's Government Programs and M&R acquisition portal marketing efforts. This exciting role focuses on broker and portal marketing, as well as consumer acquisition experience marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data-driven decision-making initiatives
Design and deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards
Collaborate on measurement plans and strategic roadmaps
Optimize campaign performance and user experience using data
Guide process transformation for improved efficiency and outcomes
Analyze IT and business metrics for actionable insights
Utilize AEP products (Adobe Analytics, Target, CJO, AJO) to enhance marketing efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals
Qualifications
8+ years leading digital analytics strategies
5+ years experience with MarTech tools and digital data sources
Proficiency in AEP products and Power BI
Strong analytical and storytelling skills
Experience in healthcare or Government Programs marketing
Preferred Skills
Broker marketing knowledge
SEO expertise
Healthcare domain knowledge
