Customer Success Manager (CSM)
to help establish our customer success function. This dynamic role requires a balance of
strategic vision and hands-on execution —you should feel at ease discussing enterprise growth strategies while also analyzing campaign performance intricacies with clients.

- Help our customers
maximize the value of Heatseeker
from the onboarding process through to scaling their experimentation efforts. You will be their
trusted advisor , guiding them in executing better experiments, making informed choices, and discovering innovative ways to enhance their businesses using Heatseeker. Your Key Responsibilities: Own the Customer Journey
- Lead customers from onboarding to maturity, ensuring they fully harness the power of Heatseeker. Be the Customer's Voice Internally
- Champion customer needs, provide product insights, and collaborate across our product and sales teams. Turn Insights into Action
- Monitor key customer metrics to bolster NPS, decrease churn, and enhance adoption rates. Shape Our Customer Success Strategy
- Contribute to defining and refining our playbook for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Drive Experimentation Success
- Educate customers on best practices for designing, launching, and analyzing growth and marketing experiments. Run Post-Experiment Reviews
- Review campaign data, extract valuable insights, and recommend the next steps. Identify New Opportunities
- Discover untapped possibilities where Heatseeker can add further value, promoting expanded partnerships and customer success. Be a Product Advocate
- Enable customers to understand and fully utilize Heatseeker's functionalities, keeping them updated on new features and product developments. Who We're Looking For: A collaborative

marketing and analytics tools . Strong grasp of
CAC, LTV, retention, and cohort analysis —understanding how data fuels growth. Proficiency in
