Director of Sales Job Summary: The

Marketing Manager

will be responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on

product management . This role will drive product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and overall market growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

medical device marketing, product development and launches, and strategic leadership

to help American Surgical expand its market presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive

marketing strategy

aligned with business objectives. Enhance brand visibility and positioning in surgical markets and medical device industry. Oversee the creation of

marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital initiatives

to engage key stakeholders. Product Management & Development: Lead

end-to-end product management , from concept development to market launch and post-launch support. Work closely with

R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams

to define product roadmaps, specifications, and competitive positioning. Conduct

market research

to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Develop and implement

pricing strategies

to optimize product profitability. Sales Enablement & Market Growth: Collaborate with the

sales team

to develop

go-to-market strategies , sales tools, and training programs. Establish

key partnerships

with industry influencers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. Monitor

KPIs and marketing analytics

to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: Ensure all marketing and product management activities adhere to

industry regulations, FDA guidelines, and compliance requirements . Work closely with

regulatory affairs

to support product approvals and market entry. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

(Master's/MBA preferred). 7-10 years of experience

in marketing, product management, or related roles within the

medical device or surgical products industry . Strong understanding of

product lifecycle management, brand strategy, and market expansion . Proven ability to develop and execute

go-to-market strategies . Experience working with

cross-functional teams , including R&D, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
