Job Summary:

The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, referral growth, and business expansion. This role requires a data-driven leader with expertise in digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, and referral conversion. The VP of Marketing will oversee a multi-functional marketing team, including the Director of Marketing, ensuring alignment across all marketing initiatives and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with True Venture Group's growth objectives, focusing on patient acquisition, referral partnerships, and brand engagement. Brand & Positioning:

Strengthen the True Care and POD Health brands by refining messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels, and reinforcing the company's value proposition. Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:

Lead paid and organic digital campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic media to maximize conversions and ROI. SEO & Content Marketing:

Oversee SEO strategy and content development, working closely with the SEO expert and copywriter to improve search rankings and inbound lead generation. Lead Generation & Referral Growth:

Drive inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, ensuring a seamless referral pipeline that aligns with the

Start of Care (SOC) KPI , optimizing conversion rates and minimizing patient drop-offs. Marketing Analytics & ROI Tracking:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient acquisition growth - (Start of Care), referral conversions, CPA, and ROAS, leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Salesforce, Tableau) to optimize campaigns based on performance insights. Paid Media & Budget Oversight:

Manage and optimize our marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and high return on ad spend (ROAS). Team Leadership & Development:

Provide strategic oversight of the Director of Marketing, guiding branding, paid media, SEO, social media, and creative functions to align company-wide goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with the sales, operations, and technology teams to align marketing efforts with patient engagement strategies, product development, and business growth initiatives. Marketing Automation & CRM:

Oversee marketing automation workflows using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp to nurture leads, improve engagement, and track the effectiveness of referral conversion strategies. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP/Sr. Director) in healthcare, home health, or a similar regulated industry. Proven experience leading digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, paid social, and conversion rate optimization. Strong analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to drive decision-making and improve campaign performance. Expertise in branding, messaging, audience segmentation, and patient/caregiver engagement and retention strategies. Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks, including Google Ads, Meta, Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing the Director of Marketing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate marketing insights into strategic business recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a healthcare service, home care, or digital health environment. Background in B2B and B2C marketing with an understanding of patient acquisition and referral-based growth strategies. Experience marketing to Medicare and Medicaid populations, including individuals over 65 years old. Expertise in multicultural marketing, particularly targeting Asian and Hispanic communities. Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing external agency relationships. MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience working in a healthcare service, home care, or digital health environment. Background in B2B and B2C marketing with an understanding of patient acquisition and referral-based growth strategies.
