The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and leading the global brand and partnership marketing strategy, with a focus on top corporate partners. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in multi-national brand marketing, partnership marketing, and cause marketing, particularly in the context of nonprofits and global brands. The Vice President will work to extend the brand's reach through strategic communications, brand activation, events, and marketing, with an emphasis on growing the brand outside the U.S. They will also be tasked with shaping the organizational voice and visuals, stewarding the integrated content strategy, and ensuring the development and implementation of a cohesive brand and communications strategy. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, at least 20 years' in the field, with a minimum of 7 years in a managerial or leadership role. The role demands a leader with outstanding written and oral communication skills, cross-cultural competence, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment. The Vice President will be expected to have a deep understanding of current and emerging marketing, storytelling, and digital trends, and the ability to provide effective counsel on strategic communications and marketing matters.
