Position Summary

The Director of Enrollment Marketing serves as the dedicated marketing liaison for CUWAA academic schools, driving strategies to support enrollment growth. This role collaborates with school leadership to develop tailored marketing plans informed by data, market trends, and enrollment goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with academic deans to create and implement strategic marketing plans focused on enrollment growth.

Analyze internal enrollment data and external market trends to inform decision-making and strategy.

Oversee non-digital marketing budgets allocated for each academic school, ensuring funds are used effectively.

Consult with leadership on new academic program opportunities, providing insights on enrollment and competitive landscapes.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing materials that resonate with prospective students.

Because the unit is collaborative and dynamic, on occasion, other duties may be assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Knowledge of higher education marketing and enrollment trends.

Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-marketing stakeholders.

Experience managing budgets and creating effective strategies to achieve measurable goals.

Supportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS)

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required.

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in higher education or enrollment.
