Compensation:$43,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- 90% of this role is writing for immigration cases in various areas of US immigration law (including removal defense, family, employment, humanitarian, federal litigation, and naturalization). Writing typically involves drafting persuasive, compelling, and easy-to-read letter briefs, declarations, exhibit summaries, and research summaries on country conditions
- Conduct research on country conditions, foreign laws, and similar issues to support immigration cases
- Participate in team meetings on case strategy and communicate with clients
- Work directly with a team of administrative staff, paralegals, and attorneys to ensure the highest quality of legal representation, customer service, and communication for clients
- Follow all office procedures and employee manual; attend regular trainings.
- Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited US College or University
