As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness.

Job Description:
As the CMO, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing operations, shaping the brand strategy, and leading initiatives to drive revenue growth. This position will require a strategic thinker with an innovative mindset and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels. You will work closely with senior leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives and ensure that our brand remains strong and resonates with our target customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue goals.
  • Lead the creation of marketing campaigns across all platforms, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the management of the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to ensure marketing initiatives are executed consistently across all locations.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Enhance brand positioning through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the brand innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Marketing, or similar leadership role in the restaurant or retail industry. (10+ years)
  • Strong experience with both traditional and digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Expertise in brand management and customer experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience with franchise systems or multi-location businesses is a plus.
