ACR is an Equal Opportunity/Vet/Disability Employer Job Summary of the Marketing Manager (BIVY) This role leads all marketing initiatives for the ACR Bivy product line. It serves as the lead marketing professional for the brand, managing all aspects of marketing strategy and market, in cooperation with the ACR Electronics marketing team. The role develops and implements comprehensive marketing to drive business growth across consumer and enterprise segments.

Duties/Responsibilities

of the Marketing Manager (BIVY) Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for both consumer and enterprise segments Create and manage annual marketing budget and resource allocation Lead all marketing research initiatives and competitive analysis Design and execute content strategy and maintain content calendar Manage brand identity and guidelines Direct PR strategy and media relations Oversee influencer and ambassador programs Lead tradeshow strategy, including logistics, registration, and asset development Manage weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting on strategic execution based on financial analysis Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Build and optimize WordPress site Research and implement server solutions for international performance Lead website design projects and development Manage all digital advertising campaigns across platforms: Google Ads Facebook/Instagram Microsoft Advertising LinkedIn Oversee agency(ies) for Amazon advertising Direct email marketing strategy and execution for both enterprise and consumer segments Manage email deliverability optimization Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance and reporting Ensure GDPR compliance and data protection requirements Provide regular reports on sales, returns, and warranty figures, and make adjustments as necessary based on feedback from the team Creative Direction & Content Creation Provide art direction for all marketing materials Manage design projects and freelance designers Create marketing assets across all channels Develop copywriting for website, advertisements, and video scripts Oversee video editing and production Direct social media strategy and manage a part-time social media specialist Plan and manage product photoshoots Third-Party Management Supervise part-time social media specialist Manage relationships with freelancers and contractors Oversee vendor and agency relationships

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

of the Marketing Manager (BIVY) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required 5+ years of experience in product marketing, creative direction, and ecommerce Demonstrated success in digital marketing and ecommerce Experience with global product launches Background in technology product marketing preferred Working knowledge of PowerBI a plus
