Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven  Marketing Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy with precision and creativity. In this role, you’ll oversee content execution, drive audience engagement, and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll also manage a talented creative team to produce impactful, on-brand content that resonates daily.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at storytelling, and understands how to build a strong brand presence through  aesthetics and data-driven social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution & Management
  • Implement a strategic social media plan developed with the Head of Marketing, ensuring all content aligns with brand messaging and deeply connects with our audience.
  • Post consistently across all platforms, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Ensure all social content is visually and narratively cohesive, reinforcing the brand’s voice and identity.

Collaboration with Head of Marketing
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to refine content calendar & direction.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance insights. .
  • Research and adapt to always-changing market and trends.

Creative Team Collaboration + Hands On Execution
  • Lead, manage, and execute with a team of graphic designers, content creators, and social media specialists, ensuring high-quality, on-brand visual and written content.

Calendar Oversight
  • Oversee a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring all campaigns and daily content are executed on time.
  • Maintain organized workflows to support the timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Look ahead in time to ensure we are meeting deadlines.

Data-Driven Decisions
  • Track key performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, views, and audience growth, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze social media trends and insights to continuously refine content for optimal performance.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation within fashion, beauty, or female-focused brands.
  • Proven experience in team management and collaborating with marketing leadership.

Skills
  • Highly organized, solution-oriented, and a clear communicator with strong leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret key performance data.
  • Ability to adapt and pivot strategies based on evolving brand needs.
  • A deep understanding of brand-building through storytelling,  aesthetics , audience engagement, and digital strategy.

Goals of the Role

  • Audience Engagement – Ensure social media content drives 2x current engagement and meets key brand growth objectives.
  • Workflow Efficiency – Practice smooth communication and execution within the creative team to support timely content production.
  • Community Growth – Implement strategies that expand our audience base and build a highly engaged brand community.
