EnergyUnited is looking for a Technical Writer who can shape our documentation strategy and collaborate with key leaders to ensure our technical materials align with our mission and internal processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation strategy that aligns with our product lifecycle and business goals.
• Establish and enforce best practices for technical writing, formatting, and version control.
• Work closely with key leaders and SMEs to create technical documentation that is accurate, clear, and consistent.
• Oversee the creation of user manuals, online help, installation guides, release notes, and more.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Keep documentation up to date with evolving products, technologies, and industry best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content.
• Experience in process improvement, version control, and documentation workflows.
• Certification in technical writing (CPTC or CTW) is a plus.
