Technical Writer

who can shape our documentation strategy and collaborate with key leaders to ensure our technical materials align with our mission and internal processes.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain a

comprehensive documentation strategy

that aligns with our product lifecycle and business goals. Establish and enforce

best practices

for technical writing, formatting, and version control. Work closely with

key leaders and SMEs

to create technical documentation that is accurate, clear, and consistent. Oversee the creation of

user manuals, online help, installation guides, release notes, and more . Continuously improve

processes, tools, and workflows

to enhance efficiency and scalability. Keep documentation

up to date

with evolving products, technologies, and industry best practices. Skills & Requirements What You Bring to the Table:

5+ years of experience

in technical writing or communications. Bachelor's degree

in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong ability to

translate complex technical concepts

into clear and accessible content. Experience in

process improvement, version control, and documentation workflows . Certification in technical writing (CPTC or CTW) is a plus. What's in It for You?
