Job Summary The Field and Channel Marketing Manager will be pivotal in driving Versa Networks' success by developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our channel and field objectives. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and enabling new partners while collaborating with Channel Managers, Service Providers, and the broader marketing team to achieve measurable growth. Candidate should possess a strategic mindset, creative thinking, and analytical skills. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
ResponsibilitiesChannel Marketing and Partner Enablement
Identify and recruit new channel partners, aligning with Versa Networks' strategic goals. Develop and execute partner onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-revenue for new partners. Design and deliver partner enablement initiatives, including training, certification, and go-to-market support. Foster strong relationships with channel partners to drive co-marketing initiatives and amplify Versa Networks’ market presence. Field Marketing and Collaboration
Partner with field sales teams to develop localized marketing plans that support regional revenue goals. Plan and execute field marketing activities, including events, roadshows, webinars, and executive briefings. Collaborate with Channel Managers and Service Providers to create joint campaigns and demand-generation programs. Marketing Strategy and Execution
Develop integrated marketing campaigns targeting partners and end-customers to drive awareness, demand, and sales pipeline. Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI for all activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Analyze market trends, partner performance, and campaign results to optimize strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage digital channels for partner recruitment and engagement. Metrics and Reporting
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, partner enablement, and field activities. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements to marketing strategies. Brand Management
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing campaigns and channels. Ensure messaging and visuals align with the company's brand guidelines and values. Qualifications
3-5 years of proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Proficient in written and verbal communication and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Analyzing campaign data, metrics, and KPIs to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. Ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and translate them into effective campaigns that align with business goals. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to think outside the box, propose innovative ideas, and experiment with new marketing approaches. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure brand consistency across different marketing channels and campaigns. Hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation is a plus. Location: France
