The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View or New York. We are looking for an inspirational leader to head the global Growth Marketing team for LinkedIn Sales Solutions. This leader will oversee a team of high-performing marketers while defining and executing the acquisition marketing strategy that delivers high-quality leads, pipeline and bookings for our self-serve online business as well as field sales teams globally. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen; excellent analytical, collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills; and compassionately lead the team to drive global impact. Responsibilities: Own the development and execution of the strategy to generate demand for LinkedIn Sales Navigator across the field sales and self-serve channels. Determine the right campaigns and channels to leverage - from webinars, paid advertising, email, live events, website and more - to achieve acquisition objectives. Lead, inspire, and nurture a team of high-performing marketers to meet their goals, motivate them through challenges and ensure they have the support and coaching they need to excel and grow in their careers. Own the annual planning process - including strategy development, KPI target setting, and resource/budget allocation - and manage these outcomes throughout the year. Partner closely with cross-functional teams - including Sales, Finance, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, and more - to both ensure growth marketing strategy is aligned across the business as well as to execute programs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 10+ years marketing experience, of which at least 3 years is in B2B marketing 3+ years of marketing leadership experience, including digital marketing Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: Excellent leadership skills, with 3+ years experience leading, managing and coaching high-performing teams to achieve shared objectives. Experience leading geographically dispersed and multi-disciplinary marketing teams is a plus. Track record of managing the business to a demand funnel and metrics, delivering against KPIs and managing business pipeline. Experience leading digital marketing teams with multimillion-dollar budgets with an emphasis on paid media, webinar, web, and email marketing expertise. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and communicate the key drivers of performance while telling a story with data. Dexterity in engaging, influencing, and collaborating with stakeholders while prioritizing and setting boundaries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, updates, and results to senior business partners. Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing resources based on business impact. Highly creative, resourceful and likes to have fun (e.g. a good sense of humor!) The pay range for this role is $144,000 to $224,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
