: Responsible for managing a group of development or execution planners who design and coordinate all aspects of sales and service or marketing programs. Oversees all programs to provide a consistent high level of quality. Interacts with senior management on the design and execution of programs and ensures adherence to the budget for programs under management. This position is part of our Business Chief Experience Officer’s (CXO) team, specifically providing marketing support for GPS merchant, payments & receivables solutions. The CXO teams work in partnership with the LOB on the client and banker experience and associated marketing initiatives. The team is a collaborative group with diverse backgrounds which enables us to bring creativity and fresh thinking to each project. Responsibilities

: Helping to develop and deliver marketing programs supporting business goals Looking across products to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging that’s focused on the client Strategic planning and execution oversight of content, advertising, social, events, and sponsorship programs in close partnership with other resources, such as internal agency, event planners, communications teams, digital marketing, brand, and external agencies Developing and honing an understanding of the LOB including knowledge of products, financials, regulatory impacts, revenue drivers, competition, and key differentiators Required Qualifications

: 7-10 years of B2B marketing, preferably in financial services (planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating campaigns and programs) Ability to synthesize business information to think strategically and proactively Ability to work across a large corporation while demonstrating strong teamwork and consensus-building skills Ability to work in a team environment with partners in multiple locations Desired Qualifications

: Cash management experience International experience Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - NY - New York - 114 W 47TH ST (NY8114) Pay and benefits information Pay range $104,700.00 - $160,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
