Lead
strategic financial planning & forecasting
for our commercial operations. Manage client
financial engagements, pricing strategies & revenue optimization. Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Work cross-functionally to
drive profitability & efficiency. Build and grow your own team with a
path to department autonomy
in 2-3 years. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Management
Develop and implement financial and commercial strategies aligned with the company’s mission and long-term goals. Lead forward-planning initiatives, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and business planning in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Partner with the ELT to identify new income streams, evaluate growth opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. Own all Master Service Agreement (MSA) negotiations, involving key stakeholders as necessary. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and ELT, offering actionable insights and impactful financial storytelling. Financial Planning and Reporting
Oversee the production of monthly management accounts and maintain a consolidated P&L forecast. Conduct cash flow forecasting. Provide analysis of client profitability, including time records, rates, and financial trends, to identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure accurate calculation of deferred income and revenue-smoothing adjustments. Standardize and audit financial reporting processes to enhance executive-level data flows. Operational and Commercial Oversight
Establish and refine processes for monthly commercial planning and long-term revenue strategies. Support contract negotiations and set fee structures to maximize profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives and seamless project execution. Lead the implementation, evaluation, and ongoing optimization of the company’s ERP system to ensure scalability and efficiency. Monitor and enhance financial controls, ensuring operational compliance and rigor. Team Leadership and Development
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities. Drive engagement and alignment across departments to ensure consistent execution of financial strategies. Specialized Financial Management
Analyze financial performance across business segments, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency. Support merger and acquisition initiatives, including financial due diligence and integration planning. Innovative Contribution
Collaborate with creative teams to integrate financial insights into project strategies and enhance client experiences. Identify and implement innovative practices to streamline processes, reduce costs, and drive growth. Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging financial tools and methodologies. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years agency side experience, preferably with field, experience & creative marketing. Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, preferably in a client-facing role. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MS Excel. Experience with Monday.com & NetSuite preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Green House?
